• Guests arrive and are warmly welcomed by our Everland host and the magical themed decor.

• Children are guided to the themed colouring station while gifts are placed on the designated present table.

This soft, un-rushed arrival allows children to settle in, connect with one another, and feel comfortable in their surroundings before the party magic begins.

The Everland Welcome Moment

• The party officially begins with a signature Everland welcome.

• Before the magic unfolds, the host gently gathers all children infront of the themed arches for a special birthday photo — captured while everyone is still clean, calm, and smiling. A joyful group photo is taken, celebrating the birthday child surrounded by their friends and marking the beginning of a beautiful memory.

• Together, the children join in the Everland chant:

 

“In Everland… we never grow up!”

With excitement in the air, the children are then invited to freely enjoy all party zones — including the bouncy castle and activity areas.

Play Time!

​

Children are taken to the larger play yard.

Operating within this yard is:

• Bouncy castle in full swing

• Pristine play areas and equipment

• Activated bubble machine

• Any add-on purchased eg tattoo bar, dress up racks

​

The children play for a solid magical hour whilst our host guides them through the equipment and hosts a few engaging party games - all the while making your child feel like the star they are!

Seated Meal & Birthday Celebration

• Play gently comes to a close, and all children gather together for a shared seated meal — the heart of the celebration.

This moment includes:

• Pre-prepared party platters placed on the table

• Bottled water

• A joyful rendition of Happy Birthday

• Birthday cake time, with the host assisting in cutting and serving

Everything happens in one beautiful, seated moment — creating a sense of togetherness and allowing the birthday child to truly shine.

Farewell & Party Bag Handouts

Final 5mins

​

• The celebration concludes with a magical Everland send-off.

• All children gather to cheer the birthday child with heartfelt Hip Hip Hoorays, matched to their age — a joyful closing ritual that feels both special and memorable.

• Party bags are then handed out as children depart (provided by the family or available as an Everland add-on), wrapping up the celebration with a final touch of magic.

Families are able to leave with memories in their hearts and only presents in their hands.
