What Happens At a Fully Hosted Everland Party?

At Everland, every celebration follows a thoughtfully curated flow — designed so children feel delighted and secure, and parents can truly relax.

Guests arrive and are warmly welcomed by our Everland host and the magical themed decor.

Children are guided to the themed colouring station while gifts are placed on the designated present table.

This soft, un-rushed arrival allows children to settle in, connect with one another, and feel comfortable in their surroundings before the party magic begins.

The Everland Welcome Moment

The party officially begins with a signature Everland welcome.

Before the magic unfolds, the host gently gathers all children infront of the themed arches for a special birthday photo — captured while everyone is still clean, calm, and smiling. A joyful group photo is taken, celebrating the birthday child surrounded by their friends and marking the beginning of a beautiful memory.

Together, the children join in the Everland chant:
“In Everland… we never grow up!”
With excitement in the air, the children are then invited to freely enjoy all party zones — including the bouncy castle and activity areas.

Children are taken to the larger play yard.

All children gather to cheer the birthday child with heartfelt Hip Hip Hoorays, matched to their age — a joyful closing ritual that feels both special and memorable.

Party bags are then handed out as children depart (provided by the family or available as an Everland add-on), wrapping up the celebration with a final touch of magic.
