To help keep our venues safe, clean, and enjoyable for little guests, all adult food and drinks must remain on the designated

Parents’ Table located on the raised deck area.

This space is set away from the children’s play zones so adults can relax and enjoy catering while children play freely below.

Important Venue Guidelines

• Adult food and drinks must stay on the raised deck area only

• No food or drinks are permitted in the play yards or on play equipment

• Children’s food is served during the designated mealtime only

• No food is to be left unattended or around the venue after the party

• Please remove any personal catering items you bring at the conclusion of your booking

• Families have 30 minutes following the conclusion of the party to remove any catering, platters, drinks, and personal food items brought onsite

• Alcohol is not permitted at any Everland party venues

Why We Have These Rules

Our parties are hosted inside trusted childcare venues, so we maintain standards that protect the cleanliness, safety, and daily operation of the centres. This includes reducing dropped food, allergens, pests, and slip hazards in children’s areas.

The Best Setup

Many families choose grazing boxes, sandwich platters, sushi trays, fruit platters, or light finger food for the adults to enjoy on the deck while the children are fully immersed in the party below.
