1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once payment has been made in accordance with the package selected at checkout.

• Party dates and times are reserved exclusively for your booking once confirmed.

• Accepted payment methods, including Afterpay where available, are displayed at the time of booking.
   

2. Party Duration & Timing

• Everland parties run for the duration outlined in your selected package.

• Parties begin and conclude at the scheduled time to ensure a calm, well-managed experience and to respect venue schedules.

• Extensions are not available on the day.
   

3. Guest Numbers

• Each party includes a maximum number of children, as outlined in your selected package.

• To ensure safety, appropriate staffing, and a smooth party flow, only the children included in the booking may participate.

• Additional children or siblings may only attend you have purchased additionally. This is capped at only 5 children above the 15 catered for.
   

4. Supervision & Responsibility

• Everland hosts coordinate the party flow, activities, games, and transitions throughout the celebration.

• Parents or guardians remain responsible for the supervision and behaviour of their children at all times.

• Everland staff are unable to provide one-on-one supervision or personal care.

• Children participating in party activities including games, inflatables, temporary tattoos, and play equipment do so at their own risk. Reasonable care is taken to provide a safe and enjoyable environment.

5. Health, Safety & Behaviour

• Children must be well enough to participate on the day of the party.

• Everland reserves the right to pause, redirect, or modify activities if behaviour becomes unsafe or disruptive.

• Continued unsafe behaviour may result in a child being temporarily removed from an activity to ensure safety for all guests.

• Use of inflatable equipment and play items must follow host instructions. Rough play, climbing on sides, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the activity for safety reasons.

6. Food, Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• Food inclusions and add-ons are outlined clearly at the time of booking.

• Parents must notify Everland of any allergies or dietary requirements prior to the party.

• While every reasonable care is taken, Everland cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
   

7. Cake Policy

• Birthday cakes can be supplied by Everland or the family.

• Everland hosts will cut and serve the cake as part of the party experience.

• Any remaining cake is the responsibility of the family to take home.
   

8. Setup, Pack-Down & Venue Use

• Full setup and pack-down are included as part of the Everland experience.

• Venue facilities such as kitchens, storage areas, and staff-only zones are not available for use.

• All venue rules must be respected during the event.
   

9. Photography & Content

• Everland may capture photos or video during parties for internal use or marketing purposes.

• No identifiable images of children will be shared publicly without prior parental consent.

• Everland takes a privacy-first approach, and families are always welcome to decline participation in content capture.

• Families are welcome to take personal photos during the event.
   

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellation and rescheduling terms are as per the cancellation policy

• Notice periods apply for any changes to party dates.

• Refunds or credits are subject to these terms.
   

11. Weather & External Factors

• Some activities may be adjusted due to weather conditions or external factors to ensure safety.

• Where possible, Everland will adapt the party experience rather than cancel.
   

12. Damage & Liability

• Any damage caused to Everland equipment or venue property due to misuse may be charged to the booking party.

• Everland is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
   

13. Changes to Terms

• Everland reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• The most current version will always be available on our website.

14. Inflatable Safety Agreement

Inflatable equipment (including bouncy castles) is provided for children’s entertainment during Everland parties.

By allowing their child to participate, parents and guardians acknowledge that:

• Children must follow all instructions given by Everland hosts.

• Shoes, sharp objects, food, and drinks are not permitted on inflatables.

• Rough play, climbing on walls, flipping, or overcrowding is not permitted.

• Everland staff may remove any child from the inflatable if unsafe behaviour occurs.

• Children using the inflatable do so at their own risk while under the supervision of their parent or guardian.​

Parents and guardians accept that inflatables involve inherent risks associated with children’s play activities.

15. Alcohol Policy

Everland parties are strictly alcohol-free events.

​

Alcohol is not permitted at any Everland party or within the party area at partner venues. Any guest found consuming or bringing alcohol into the party space may be asked to remove it or leave the event.

This policy is in place to ensure a safe, family-focused environment for all children attending.
