Changes & Flexibility

We understand that plans can change — especially when it comes to children.

Our policy is designed to give families flexibility wherever possible, while allowing us to prepare each Everland party with care.

More than 14 days’ notice

With plenty of notice, we’re happy to offer you the choice of:

• A full refund, less a $150 preparation fee, or

• Rescheduling your party within 3 months, subject to availability

7–14 days notice

If your plans change within this window, you may choose:

• A 50% refund of the total booking fee, or

• The option to reschedule within 3 months, subject to availability

Less than 7 days’ notice

At this stage, our team, equipment, and venue arrangements are already in place. While refunds aren’t available, we’ll always do our best to support families where we reasonably can.

Extreme Weather

If extreme weather makes it unsafe to proceed, your family may choose:

• A full refund, or

• To reschedule within 3 months, subject to availability
