• All parties are fully hosted — our professional hosts manage setup, pack-down, activities, meal time, and cake service so you can relax.

• Party times are fixed to ensure a smooth flow and to respect venue schedules.

• Guest numbers are capped to keep the experience calm, safe, and well-supported.

• Parents remain responsible for supervision, while our hosts guide the party flow and activities.

• Food allergies must be advised ahead of time — while care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• We take a privacy-first approach — no identifiable child images are shared without parental consent.

• Your own adult catering is welcome on the raised parents’ deck area only, with all food and personal items to be removed within 30 minutes of the party concluding.
